Mommy & Me

Mothers Ongoing Mental Health is proud to present: Monday’s Mommy & Me!


Join the United Sephardic Community, for a weekly Mommy and Me class - lead by Morah Tehila Kohanim and a special guest speaker each week. Designed for moms to move, pray and play with their little ones. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for yourself and your little one and anything else that makes you feel comfortable. Our aim is to make a safe space for new moms and infants. Suitable for pre-crawling babies 0-1.5 year old. 


This weeks special guest speaker: Stephanie Idjadi- Doctorate of Physical Therapy - teach newborn & infant stretches with proper milestone development for rolling, sitting, crawling and walking! 


Cost : $18

Ladies Havdalah Making

Ladies Night Havdalah Candle Making 


Join the United Sephardic Community for a unique and creative Ladies Night- where you get to design your very own Havdalah Candle and create a stunning custom mosaic art piece.

Our mission is to unite the Sephardic community of Great Neck and surrounding areas, fostering inclusivity through diverse events, transparency, and efficient volunteerism. We also serve as a central hub for philanthropy, actively supporting various community initiatives, all while upholding a clear code of conduct.
