Mommy & Me

Mothers Ongoing Mental Health is proud to present: Monday’s Mommy & Me!


oin the United Sephardic Community, for a weekly Mommy and Me class. Designed for moms to move, pray and play with their little ones. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for yourself and your little one and anything else that makes you feel comfortable. Our aim is to make a safe space for new moms and infants. Suitable for pre-crawling babies 0-1.5 year old.

Mothers’ Ongoing Mental Health Initiative (Part 2)

United Sephardic Community is proud to partner with Temple Israel for our Oncore Women's Mental Health Event- 

Wednesday, May 14 @ 7:30pm


Part 2 of a 3 part series. This session will inform the public about postpartum depression, and in what ways the mother can obtain help.


Event is free. Healthy snacks and refreshments will be served.


One of the most often ignored types of depression is postpartum depression, which happens after a woman gives birth. We are trying to bring awareness to this sensitive time for new mothers' lives; it is critical to seek help and not suffer. This panel would benefit all members of the family.

Mother's Ongoing Mental Health

United Sephardic Community presents Part 1 of a 3-part and free women's health boutique series titled "Mothers' Ongoing Mental Health” - Where we'll explore strategies to manage feeling overwhelmed and various self-care techniques. This class is free and includes a complimentary yoga class and a trial of acupuncture.

Build - A - Bear

Join United Sephardic Community for a heartwarming community event with Ahavat Shalom Youth where we'll stuff teddy bears to bring joy to sick children and adults at the Katz children’s Hospital. Each child will have the opportunity to stuff their own teddy bear and write personal cards, all while enjoying a delicious breakfast. This meaningful mitzvah is a wonderful way to engage your children in a generous and impactful activity.
