Join the United Sephardic Community, for a weekly Mommy and Me class. Designed for moms to move and play with their little ones. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for yourself and your little one and anything else that makes you feel comfortable. Our aim is to make a safe space for new moms and infants. Suitable for pre-crawling babies 0-1.5 year old.
